    My kids..

They're not perfect pictures but I'm learning more. So far school has taught me alot.

Reyna is the fawn one and Papo is the blue (black) one.

oh em gee. My SO has one bitch that I think is the same kind of dog. Her dog is very noisy. A real good house alarm IMO...

Papo is what people used to call me back home. so i passed it along to him.

Reyna and Papo are only noisey when someone they don't know come to the door. They typically hear things before we even do so yes..they are good guard dogs..lol.

Not too bad on the shots. From my experience, animals aren't exactly the best subjects for photographing. Next time have your gf/wife use like a squeaky toy to get their little heads perked and stuff. it's neat. What kind of camera do you have?

They aren't the best, but they sure are challenging which is why I use them for some things. They also don't express themselves as I tell them (duh..lol) so that makes it even more interesting since you don't know what to expect.

I only took pics of them cause wifey wanted pics for her myspace page. I've come to realize that the only way I can take pics of them is by catching them off guard. I'll eventually want to take some type of portrait shots of them but I gotta wait cause I just don't have the patience to do it..although I need to learn to have it! lol.

I have a Rebel XTi. I had a L series lens when I took those shots. I love that lens now. Now I gotta save up to get one of my own. :)

Sorry..should have been more specific. I borrowed the 24-70L 2.8 from the school. Alot of those pics were shot at 2.8.

I'm actually looking to see if I can sell one of my pics to a stock agency. There is one picture of my fawn chihuahua that everyone loves and i've gotten a few comments that I should sell it. I plan to lighten it up just a bit and then have it sent off. I just gotta find the right stock agency..which is what i'm researching now.
