    My eManage map for reference

Here's what my current road tuned map looks like using the eManage Blue with the Split Second ESC1, 450cc Bosche injectors, and a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator on a return fuel system on a blo-thru MAF setup.

This prevents the ECU from cutting the fuel when it goes past 5V. It will hold a static fuel map when it hits 4.9V.

The +15 and -5 in the first row at 1300RPMs prevents the random multiple misfire CEL at cold start. I don't add any fuel in this map.

Using the Greddy Pressure sensor, I add fuel as soon as boost is seen.

Advancing the timing in the first 2 rows helps with warm idle stumbling.

Is that your map with the fixed Ignition wiring?

It's my map with the not fixed wiring, but it should work the same with fixed wiring. I'm doing mine this Sunday. First I'll test the ignition wiring by seeing if I can advance the timing at idle. If that works, I'll rewire my injectors as well. You going to redo yours this weekend as well? If you want, PM me and I'll give you my cell if you want to trade notes while we're pulling apart our dashes.

I tweaked my map a little. I did some datalogging to see what cels were actually being used so that I could figure out my fuel curve. It's pretty much straight numbers accross for each row, most likely because of the ESC1. Make's tuning so much easier. It's also aparent how laggy my turbo is though. Gotta get that smaller A/R housing in spring.

How big is your turbo? My turbo spools like a crazy person above 3k it takes less then 1 seconds to go from near 0 PSI to 7-8PSI.

It's a T3/T4 Precision Turbo with .63A/R on the exhaust side. It starts spooling around 2300 RPMS and hits 7 or 8 psi a little above 4000. I used my datalogging to see which cells were being used and extended it over one addition cell to be on the safe side. Start at 7kPa / 2100RPM cell and work your way down to get an idea of my boost curve.

2100 sounds too low but then again the way the corolla drives it needs it. the rinky dinky one i got is set up to turn on at 3250 rpm by way of bypassing the the turbo via an intake crossover pipe and butterfly otherwise it will drink gas like a mofo since it utilizes 550 injectors. and the computer is set to reset after it engages. so for instance if i drive below 35-40 ish it won't do bad on fuel but once it gives gas you can literally see the needle drop down. After 5K rpm i usually have the cutoff open and ususally stays like that when racing. My new rims help out acceleration since they are lighter than the previous ones before. the worst part out of all of this is that i have to have a computer with me or everything stays on and i have to pay out the ass for the gas.
the turbo is the same one used in the early 90's japanese 4 runner 4cyl.
one more thing as far as overrevving goes i have to let go of the gas or it over revs too much when changing gears. i have not finished it so it still needs more work. the PSI readings i do not know yet i just threw it on there. my friend is in the process of completing it for me.Oh an di have no BOV and if i put one it activates too early, its old so yeah.

My gas milage went down with the turbo but not by much, Even when I put the hammer down and drive it like I stole it I bet I'm still getting 18mpg.

It's just a matter of tweaking the maps a little. I got it running 12.5:1 at initial boost and while holding a steady 11.5:1 past 3-4 psi.

hehe ur averaging more than me i know that for a fact, only when it turns on otherwise when off, it does extremely good when i go on the interstate and during city driving when goin below 3000 rpm.

the biggest thing i regret doing to it is shavin the head a bit, the compression is higher but i have yet to test that. right now its still an experiment.
