Post some better pictures. Those pictures make the car look almost like a stock '93. We wanna see the mods. The turbo intercooler is the only cool thing in those pictures and it looks like he had to mangle up the front bumper to fit it in there.

I think you should tell your cousin to remove that "DOHC VTEC" on his fender. Although it does have vtec, but it kinda ruins its sleeper look.

is it fast?

It should be pretty fast. A 170hp engine and a turbo plus those other stuffs. And that HB civic is light too.

the stock jdm b16 motor is pushin 185 stock...hes thinkin he has somewhere around 230 or so...he had it dynoed but htey put to much load on the dyno and it only red 156hp at 6000rpm...and the question about is it fast...we smoked a 350z on the highway yesterday...and he beats on srt-4's alot...he did a burnout all through 3rd gear...i'll get better pics next time i see him, don't really know when that will be though, i usualy only see them a couple times a year

Yeah, he could have some serious HP for $20,000. To each his own, but he better turn up the boost on that thing and put down more then 230hp for how much he invested.

I have to admit, for some reason a 230hp Civic hatch seems more impressive than a 230hp Corolla. Maybe I'm just brainwashed...

230 is quite easily attainable for both civic and corolla, and espeically if i had $20,000 to invest.

damnnnn loving the JDM EG.. i like his over all theme. im doing the same theme as well to my del Sol.. and getting those rota circuit 8's. where did he get a hold of that steering wheel? the only place i can get them for cheap is in the Philippines.

shit if I had 20 g's to spend on a car it would b at least 300 hp dood mostly on a Honda man those cars are so easy to put up in that HP range with the least amount of money too

it over 20k in not just performance...meanin, exterior, interior, and performance...o, and i guess i should add he traded his modded 00 SI for that car straight up...but theres alot more working going into it, he just gotta get it runnin strong, its kinda shady right now

he's also just estimating that HP, could be more, could be less, till he gets it dynoed the right way, he wont know
