    My 95 Rolla

I actually have had two 93-97 gen. Rollas. I'm also known as Dragonitti on vvti.net. My latest is a white DX 5 speed. The first rolla was a Blue Auto. Kinda of ricey with the first car, but don't worry, I have been in the game long enough now, not to make the same mistakes. Check out my ride Here

Update: The rims are in storage waiting to be repainted from all the curbing. So right now I have my black steelies on. Also, I have begun work on my interior. Going all black on the inside. What is also not pictured is the Work In Progress of painting my interior all black, and the Autometer A/F ratio Cobalt Series Gauge in an Autometer Carbon Fiber gauge pod mounted in the A-Pillar.

Lol...sorry dude. I love this alias better. Didn't realize how much work it is to change your internet identity. Try to think of everything you have an account for, and imagine having to update all of them with your new e-mail address. Ebay, Pay Pal, Countless Message boards, bank account notification, cell phone notification, bills, credit cards....damn it sucked.

Yep, besides the color, it's no different in the texture besides it being a little slicker. It is coming out great. Didn't bother with all that sanding crap, since it's only plastic and vinyl.

you didnt sand it? you might wanna keep an eye on that, you really should sand certain parts before you paint them. Parts like the A pillar cover, and your center console, those parts are a harder plastic, that is really smooth, and the paint will have a hard time grabbing it, parts like your armrest covers on your door dont really need it because they are a more rubbery piece, and will adhere to the paint much better, it wouldnt suprise me if that stuff peeled after a year

You must have missed the part where I said I used the Dupli Color Clear Coat Adhesion Promoter.

    The Process
    1. Wipe down with wet rag to clean any dirt.
    2. Used Alchohol and a towl to make sure it was clean.
    3. One coat of Dupli Color Clear Coat Adhesion Promoter.
    4. Let dry apply another coat of Clear Coat Adhesion Promoter.
    5. Let dry, then apply Dupli Color Vinyl & Fabric paint.
    6. Let dry, then apply Dupli Color Vinyl & Fabric paint.

And even if this stuff starts to peal within a year or so, I'll just paint it again. Paint cans only cost $6.00, so no biggie.

It's cool dude. I probably didn't quite mention the whole process. But it did come out very shiny and good. If anyone is interested, they do have Flat Black as well as the Gloss. Got it from my local Autozone.
