lol 10r you gave me the red out tailights idea , If I could find aftermarket prizm tailights!!!! its in the body shop as we speak getting lancer evo hood vents installed and getting the trunk shaved and a bunch of other custom things done before they paint it. It should be done either the day after tomorrow or friday. anybody have OTTO-R racing seats? they look really sexy lol and I need some seats for my car and there 300 shipped wth harness and all from procarparts.com I have clear corners from them and they were super-b quality! just wondered what yall thought of there seats. im trying to stay under the 500 dollar price seats and I want A PAIR!!!! in black and blue Kinda like the WRX seats

[qoute]Hood Pins to hold hood down and removed hood latch [\qoute]
Why do you remove the hood latch? Is that cf hood or just richer hood pins on stock hood??

whoa there chill out i dont think he ment it like that. i think he means that if you have a stock hood it is pointless to have hood pins. the radiator support on the prizm and corolla are identical. this is also where the hood latch is connected to the car. so what didnt line up? i would think it should be a perfect fit.

just buy a new hood latch and modify it if you need to to make it git. not haveing hood pins gives the car a cleaner look. IMO

Well now he cant go back cus he already drilled the holes into the hood. Either keep the pins or have holes in the hood, unless he buys a new hood.

trdracing, what problems if any did you run into converting the headlights and front bumper. hood and fenders are the same from 00-01 aren't they? I have a 00 priz, and would love to do this same conversion, only I plan to use the diamond black headlights and corners. Do I have to change fenders and hood? I thought they were the same. Also, were you able to get the headlight aim adjusters to work? I have heard some people ran into trouble in that part of the process

Ok here is what I Got to do a front end swap. I will make a diy in the next week or so

    Parts Needed:

2001 COROLLA FRONT BUMPER COVER (or body kit)
    2001 COROLLA FRONT BUMPER ABSORBER
2001 COROLLA FRONT BUMPER BRACKET RH (PASSENGER SIDE)
2001 COROLLA FRONT BUMPER BRACKET LH (DRIVER SIDE)
    2001 COROLLA FRONT BUMPER MOLDING
2001 COROLLA FENDER RH (PASSENGER SIDE)
2001 COROLLA FENDER LH (DRIVER SIDE)
2001 COROLLA HOOD (Carbon fiber, or stock)
2001 COROLLA CORNER LIGHT RH (PASSENGER SIDE)
2001 COROLLA CORNER LIGHT LH (DRIVER SIDE)
2001 COROLLA HEADLIGHT LH (DRIVER SIDE)
2001 COROLLA HEADLIGHT RH (PASSENGER SIDE)
    2001 COROLLA RADIATOR SUPPORT
    9005 Socket (pair)
    9006 Socket (pair)

The reason for needing Fenders is the holes dont line up worth a crap and wont bolt to the bumper. The Reason for the Radiator Support is same reason as fenders. The Reason for hood is because the stock prizm hoods are longer then the corollas stock hood. I used vamps diy for the headlights and the parts list and installation of bumper brackets. The Radiator Support is riveted on so you must cut it off, or Drill the rivets out (very time consuming) I didnt Weld the new one in place because once it was bolted in it was rock solid. the radiator can be removed if you want to make removal of radiator support easier. I just left it on. Make sure you have 2 to 3 days of free time on your hands to do this. Im only 16 so if this doesnt help i tried lol. I will take pictures of how everything is mounted in a couple days. Just make sure you have atleast 700 - 1000 dollars on hand to buy the stuff, I bought my stuff at a place in chesapeake, Va called HYLINK Automotive. I spent 600 dollars total on this project. You will need a paint job after this. I am getting my car back today from my dads shop so I will post some pics up of that too! I will try to make the DIY as simple and easy to understand as possible.

    REMEMBER ALL PRIZMS ARE ROLLAS!
    , Justin
