If you're not getting a front and rear lip then I would say paint it. A full unpainted black lip kit would look sick though.

haha thanks. You're the second person to say that. I had no idea how it would turn out when I was painting it.

btw I've been looking for the TRD kit for a couple years now and no luck. You're better off getting the Tom's design since it's in stock. I'm happy with stock sideskirts for now.

i can't i used to have tein S springs installed i believe it was 2 for the front and 1.7 for back it was ok when i had 14's. The fender destroyed my tires when I had 17's even when we folded the fender. I guess you can say I made the wrong decision of getting 17 x 7.5. rims but i wanted these rims so badly that i changed my springs to h and r's which gave me a drop of 1.3 for front and 1.2 for the back. DOT if you or anybody has any idea how i could drop my car more without any problems and i'm planning to put subs i'm all ears. My mechanic friend told me that i should have gotten the tenzo's which were 16 x 7. or stayed with the 15x7 rotas which he lended me for a while, but no regrets here ha3

if only i could barrow a trd lip kit and go home to my country. I know this place that could create a copy for a very cheap price they once copied the whole kit of a lancer evolution 5 including the over fenders ha3

The offset of a wheel is the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the true centerline of the rim. A positive offset means the mounting surface of the wheel is positioned in front of the true centerline of the rim / tire assembly. This in effect brings the tire in to the fender well more. Conversely, a negative offset means the mounting surface of the wheel is behind the true centerline of the rim / tire assembly. This will cause the tire to stick out away from the vehicle.

AFIAK, stock rim has a +40 offset. So try to stick with that offset so you would be rubbing you wheels if you drop it. I say maximum is +43 and minimum +38.
