I wouldn't mind having one and just build it up for show.... a custom subwoofer/tv/amp set up and a S/C on the motor man that would be awesome :D

Yea, Japan has been having bB for so many years now. There are quite a lot of aftermarket parts for it.

mini S on hold? they have so many around here they sell brand new for less than 20k for the S model, and they aren't reliable at all according to most reports. although i can't say much b/c i've had to get a new clutch since i've got my new car.

the Xb is nice for what it is for; but not for anything else. a good travelling car.

the suzuki aerio won in 2003

oh... and this made me oh so happy

    Convertible Under $35,000: Honda S2000

Proving that performance is as important as style in this category, Honda's hard-core S2000 roadster brought home first place once again with a solid 32 percent of the votes. Nissan's 350Z roadster gave the Honda a run for its money last year, but could only muster up 26 percent of the votes this time around. BMW's Z4 (20 percent) and Audi's TT (12 percent) pulled down fourth and fifth places while Chrysler's Crossfire roadster brought up the rear with 11 percent

    i own this!

i drove an 02 suzuki aerio, rental car, and it was fun to drive and i really liked the digital speedometer. Felt faster than my prizm but it wasn't, it was just the torque. Also I hated siting so high up like i was in a suv. I like the look of the 05's not as high anymore.

i would have gotten an xa but the fact that it doesnt have cruise control as a factory option deterred me away. Also wasnt trd supposed to have a supercharger out for it?

I just like really small cars like that... if they souped it up like the mini cooper like putting a super/turbo in it.... that would be sweet

im assuming you don't mean "go-fast" potential. sure, it has tons of potential to pimp-out in the show/sound sense... but speedwise? A guy in wpb spent $4,000 to import and install a blitz supercharger on his xB. He kept sayin he wanted to race me when he got it. So he comes out one night and it's on. Looked nice (though it was a damn tiny s/c lol 1.5L), sounded great. We ran. All I heard was the whine of his supercharger disappearing behind me as I put buslengths on him. He runs 17s now WITH A SUPERCHARGER!!!

Granted, this was an automatic xB, so the manual may have actually been decent competition for me... but hell I only run 16.2 @ 85!

IMO the buying order would be 1) TC(which we already have). 2) Xb. I wouldn't consider the Xa, I'm just not interested in slow egg shapped vehicles. Looks to be like it was targeted for female drivers.
