    the sad thing is that there are a lot of people in those areas that arent necessarily all that rich, just in debt up to their eyeballs.
    There's a couple people like that in my area. Have a nice house (and cabin) and all the toys to go with it, but they dont own any of it

    i wonder how accurate that is.....there's neighborhoods in Tulsa were the houses in them start at $800,000 making the median higher than that...In South Tulsa, thats all there is, rich people everywhere...maybe not all of them are $800,000 rich but they are still up there...
