    Here's some pics of my Xenarc 7" touchcreen. The screen was too big, so the buttons had to be cut off....so now I have to rely on my remote...lol

    how did you go about relocating your head unit? did you just cut out the change holder and stick it in?

    Looking at the back of the storage compartment. I cut off the top and back of it. Then A grinded down the rim of it on top....then the headunit just slips right in....TIGHT FIT....it won't go anywhere.

    I'm planning on removing the stereo, cubby-hole and cd-drive (used to be drink holder) and custom building a carpc that slides in and locks right into the dash to handle all of my stereo needs.

    damn that's a clean install. did you have a piece made for the tv screen or is that the stock one? i did a install like that but my radio is under where yours is. if you can tell me how to post pics i'll show you how mine turned out

    i gotta take a pic of mine sometime and post it up... I put my touchscreen in the center console where the cubby hole is so I wouldnt lose my ac vents or my stock stereo location and stuck the computer in the rear

    Those are two really, really nice/clean installs. You usually see the removeable one that sticks all out and stuff- but those look like they came with the car!

    hey Barnacules, is that a touchscreen and also what size is that screen. i bought an extra center vent piece for the very same project off of phozenstone, got any tips for me? i plan on starting the project in about a month, when i can afford a decent monitor
