MAF Sensor, shoud it be cleaned too?

I'll be cleaning out the throttle body on my 01 Prizm and I got this CRC TB Cleaner to do that. However, right next to the CRC TB Cleaner was a CRC MAF Sensor cleaner on the shelf at the store. I took a look at it and it said you need to clean your MAF Sensor everytime you clean/replace your air filter. Is this true? Is it simple enough to DIY without risking breaking anything and popping the stupid CE light?

yeh it should be periodically cleaned because it can clog up with dirt

Yup, you should clean the MAF sensor once awhile. Be careful when you take out the MAF sensor, dont break it, it's expensive. :p
