    losing weight

losing weight is faster than putting your car on a diet.

he probably weights 500pounds, and wanna drop 350 pounds (as an example) so his car isn't such a burden state so it can actually move fast.... or so I think I understood

well i've seen some pretty obese rolla drivers so in other words. better to drop weight your self instead of guttng the interior. for me taking out the back seats and spare tire at the tracks is a routine. i weight 146. i'm pretty sure i can drop down to 140 but i love to eat. easier to loose weight upon yourself instead of taking off door panels n stuff.:yeadat

Shiiiiiiit I'd kill to be 185 in fact i'd probably be ripped like a pair of 80s jeans. I'm at 215-220 granted it's a lot of muscle but the fatty areas are pecs, stomach, and legs which isnt healthy. My goal is to get to 190 by the end of the year.

I say we make a thread for the people who want to attain their weight loss goal by posting pics of what we look like now waist up shirtless and then at the end of the year so we're motivated to lose the weight. Who's up for it? It's like the TRDForums Biggest Loser.

I've already posted pics like that in another thread on here. I think we were discussing P90X.

Well, I'm 5'11. :D I'll be gaining weight back slowly in muscle. I'm on a workout plan. Losing fat weight is only the beginning for me.

If you weight trained, you could be a really big built dude. :)

That's really light. How tall are you? My friend is 5'6" and 130 lbs. But then again, he's ripped to all hell. :)

i am 5'7" and about 4 years ago got up to 199. have since lots most of that weight and was down to 155ish. i started gaining weight again and got up to 165 and then started dropping weight again in november and have been as low as 144 this month. been moving into a new house the last couple weeks so been eating out more. currently weight is around 146.8. hoping to hit 140 soon so i can start concentrating on weights.

I was holding off on weight training because when I first started with my gym membership a few years ago I felt like I was basically building muscle with fat and didn’t like how it was turning out. This time around I decided to try and drop the weight I could with cardio, diet and very light weight workout. My weights consisted of a circuit I came up with which is geared more towards cardio. I initially had a goal of 145 which I reached, but see where I can improve before I cut back on cardio.

Yep that's how i was after i graduated from HS. I ran track and did football at HS and I was around 190 pretty ripped no six pack though. In college i kept lifting and didn't do much cardio and i basically added muscle under layers of fat. Which I'm now trying to work off.

My car hates me too... Im at the 200 mark. When I park, it always seems like my car is tilted to the left side... When I get out of the car to take a look, it looks fine... Sigh... I need new suspension...
