SO...i went to this dealership with a friend for them to do a 5k service for her on her camry...and let's just say that they did the crapiest job ever. we were just sitting there waiting for them to be done and we were watching them do everything. well,...as soon as the car started, the car jumped forward, which rammed his tool station and the wall, not once, but twice. the front end is all messed up now.

if that was my car, man, i would be sooooooooo pissed that i would want a new car.

Lol, in my earlier days of driving stick, I did that a couple times :D . That's where I bought my car. Biggest dealership I've ever seen, but not the brightest employees.

On a lighter side, the owner of that car should be receiving one of the most expensive body repair jobs you can get.

That place isn't that bad. It's where i go to get my car serviced. It's also where my family bought its last five cars. i guess all dealerships suck to a degree, but i think they do pretty good for being so huge.

dealerships haver their problems everyonce in a wile... but people wouldent go there ever if they didn't do some work. take mine for instance... 50 year old building is falling apart we do a damn good job of fixing cars, so much so that we have generations of people comming in to get their cars fixed but every so often something goes wrong , putting twice as much oil in a car as needs to be in their, (he was promptly fired) but thats the first time something has gone horrably wrong with a car in almost 10 years. as long as they pay for the damage then everything would be fine.

they are paying for it but it just plain out sucks cuz she now has no transportation to go ne where. we both didn't buy our cars there, but she went there because it was more closer to her place than ne where else. i would understand things going wrong, but dude...dont ever do it twice like he did...learn how to drive a stick correctly before touching ne one else's car...PLEASE!!

hehe the dude didn't get how to drive a stick.. ok I'll agree withyou there that is dumb...she should demand that they pay for a rental untill her car is fixed.. have her go talk to the GM of the dealership if she has to they need to give her one..

If there is one thing that I know way too much about its the inner workings of a dealership...:)

she's trying to get a rental...all paid for in advance so that way she doesn't have to pay up front...she's tight on that. she kept on saying over and over "you guys messed up, you guys pay for it, don't expect me to open my wallet once!"
