    You bend at the knees then place both arms under the object you wish to get off the ground and then push away from the ground :) Hahaha just kidding :) I have no idea how lift works :) check out www.howstuffworks.com.

    it was in the super street 2005 buyers guide, it told how all the different types of engines from honda,nissan,mits.,and toyota, thats how i learned:)

    at a certain rpm, the engine switches cam profiles, basically a profile tuned ONLY for high rpms, because of that, when the cam swtiches over, it makes a lot more power all of a sudden (which feels great btw)...

    No, Lift is nothing like vtec or i-vtec. They are superior. Nothing can compare with that. lol

    lift is the same thing as vtec or i-vtec process,on a certain rpm a high fast rev turns on until it hits a redline and i dont think that its that superior.turbo is even more superior...The b18c5 has the same high compression ratio as the celica gts.
