It's just a tad faster. It abides by the law of diminishing returns. :) The GTR is the most efficient buy, but I'd take any of the two in a heartbeat.

6 LFA's are being shipped to Brisbane, with one already sold.

Not sure why you would compare it to the Crossfire, but yes.

    this.

Well, the vid can be interpreted in two ways:
    1. LFA wins.
    2. GTR loses at less than 1/3 the price.

Of course you can use that 2/3 to make the GTR faster, but who would do that?

the back of the LFA is hideous and looks like the radio from Brave Little Toaster.

The 3 exhaust tips aren't doing it for me either....

Exactly, though im assuming the Lexus leans more towards luxury than the Nissan. Its like comparing the new ford focus xr5 to a Audi A4, it may be faster, but its still a ford...

they have identical luxury features heated leather seats, ect ect....so its not in anyway comparing a ford to an audi.

Have you seen the video were they raced the Focus and Audi A4? Apparently they tried to compare a Ford to an Audi, note the humorous simile.

True. Although didnt nissan release some news on a "more luxurious" GTR?

My only point is that they are both supercars, no doubt, but the one that lost that race was 1/3 of the price.

Now didnt nissan use some porsche in the 100k mark to compare with the gtr? Now that seems like a good comparison. Or maybe the sub 100k corvette.

I don't think it's really fair to compare them on the straight. There's more to a car then driving them in a straight line. Throw them on a track test showdown.

the royal purple contest compared it to a 911 TT, at least I think. If the driver of the GTR wasn't so horrid he would have beaten the TT in everything. Even still he only lost by fractions of a second on the road course/figure 8

I was going to mention the exact same thing but I would honestly think GTR > LFA... But then again, the viper beat GTR's lap on the 'Ring...

    EDIT:
again, IMO it shouldnt be a comparison even on the track because of the price. They are just 2 different worlds. If the LFA wins, everyones going to say "well its 3x the price of the gtr" and if the GTR wins = LOL at lfa for being 3x more expensive and loses.

Now you can compare the LFA with other 6 figure supercars and see how it compares in all aspects. track, straight, handling, MPG?
