I'm going to try to meet up with them to do a test fit. Might install a trunk popper and see about getting a keyhole cover for the trunk.

I'd rather pay the extra money and just shave the door handles altogether. and have it done when i repaint my car the new two tone. from the door handle line to the top will be Blue Pearl and from the door handle line down it will be cream pearl with a yellow gold tint hue(as seen on the caddilac called tri-gold yellow). yes it will cost me a fortune but it will be worth it.

The keyhole covers look great, but once I got a look at them in person, I saw that they're something I can do myself for the same price. If you don't have any paint and can get it pre-painted in your color get it, otherwise, it's not worth it (literally a $1.25/ea part).

I ended up making my own set and it looks pretty good considering I had to paint when it was super humid out. It's basically one of those plastic caps that hold your interior trim/carpet/headliner in place. I'll take a pic of mine tomorrow.

Any auto store has them. I wouldn't have been so annoyed if they didn't try weaving some "it's a proprietary process" BS story about it's production methods. Here's a pic of the one I made for my car. I need to get it repainted because I wasn't able to get a 100% color match with all the humidity out.

Not really. Just annoyed that they made it sound all proprietary and such when it's something that you can do yourself.

You can still make one for 9th gen. I'm sure I can find a plug to fit the smaller keyhole you guys have.

its not a matter of the plug, i mean the door handles are loops, not flat like yours so i dont really see much of a point in it although i wouldnt mind capping my trunk, i always pop it from the inside.

how difficult is it to take those out if you need to?

it's really easy. Take 30 seconds to make one with a Dremel. Then you just paint it to match the car.
