    What do you think of this guy so far? Do you think he would change abortion rights if a case was presented to the supreme court?

    No, I don't think HE would, since he is only 1 justice.

    Honestly, I think he's a good choice by Bush. I think Roberts was even better, and will be a great chief justice. We are going to have to wait and see. Alito could be conservative, or he could be another Earl Warren. You NEVER know.

    Did you watch the hearings when Kennedy and Schumer were questioning him? Talk about an idiotic and pointless waste of 30 minutes. What they said had no real substanace and they did more talking/whining then acutally asking questions.
