I dont know how much horse power, but you should DEFFINATELY get a gain.

So whats the header ticking noise you were describing? I would expect the exhaust to get a tiney louder maybe just because of increased flow, but im wongering about the header ticking. I gues its like the CAI, i didnt expect such great sound from it, really makes the car sound pissed off. Ill just have to see whenever i get a header. Im gona get the EL thou cuz its ceramic coated.

The matrix guys saw 15 to the wheels with the jp header and supercharger combo so I would expect atleast 10 to the wheel with that header if not the same. For you NA guys a header wont do as much because you arent pushing as much air but the FI guys need to get a header I am soon

The KBD is CARB registered? Are you sure? Cuz if it doesn't have CARB registration, then it is NOT legal here in California. Even if it doesn't cause any emissions problems, it will fail visual inspection, which is all the same anyway.

I've never seen a shop check the headers. When I had my MR2, I was missing my EGR, and the tech missed it. Of course I barely passed the smog and the car knocked at rpms above 5k on anything lower than 89 octane. Well worst case, there are shops down here who for a little funny money let it go by...

how much is the KBD header?

    Im from the phiippines...

our 02 sensor is is place on the piping before the catalytic converter and not on the headers...

would i have problems if i use this header?

our headers dont have any holes for the 02 sensor.

I think the headers come with all the fittings.

i got mine off ebay for $200 a while back. It does have the threaded hole where the o2 sensor would go, but it could easily be plugged, there are no fittings with the header because they are not needed
