Just finish the install of my AEM CAI, what about winter ?

Just finish the install and damn, very satisfied. Sound great and I'm feeling a little more torque. I live in Quebec so there's cold temperature in winter. Did I have to remove my CAI to put the stock filter before winter.

Some of my friend told me that the air will be too cold for the engine...hmmm :?
I was able to put the CAI but to put the old one........

Can somebody help me with that ? tx !

depends on how deep the snow gets there.... i was lucky i took mine off this winter here in ohio cause we had allot of deep snow... like so deep the car plows thru it instead of driving on top.

I had the same problem (I'm in Montreal)... I've decided to go with a Short Ram intake instead of a Cold Air Intake, maybe you can change it for the winter season?

I got 3 friends that have a CAI and don't have any problem during winters, but there cars are old... As my Corolla as only a year, I don't want to mess with the engine now. That was my reflexion on the intakes!

I use to live in Utah before and had to deal with the snow on my CAI that was installed on another car. It got really messy during the snowy season. Especially with the slush all over the road.
