Here's a build thread of my AE. I will try to be up to date on it as much as possible. feel free to send any questions.

Gifted to me from my mother after graduation. She came with steelies and caps, but i was quick to get a set of 18'' Black TSW rims. Shortly decided they weren't what I was looking for so I sold them.

My brother attempted to fit a new set of 17'' Speedy Lite-5's to his 92 Corolla. He didn't like the fitment and sold them to me. Since then, they've made me more than proud. ;D One of these days I'm gonna add spacers to show them off a lil more.

Even went ahead and bought a 5th wheel as a spare so the next time the rubber blows I won't have to roll without them again. :-[

Bought and installed a 4-2-1 header.

Then came the body kit... Slightly embarrassed that I rocked the two tone kit, but I was eager and for $150 for the whole kit, who wouldn't try to rock it?

Thanks to Anthony, I finally lowered it. and found it a lil easier to rock the two tone now lol

Powder coated the 3Point strut bar (from chiKo, thanks) and my valve cover "Chameleon Sapphire".

Acquired a new full lip kit for free from a good friend. Decided while I'm installing, black needs to happen.

Retro-fitted projectors and a JDM grille to replace the aged yellow faded lights. (by Chris) HUGE upgrade!

Tinted taillights with bright LED's so the fuzz can't complain about not being able to see your brake lights. (by Chris) Also finished fitting the rear lip onto my old stock bumper.

The interior is lit with blue LED under dash, custom blue glow gauges (thanks gold) and custom blue LEDs in the center console display.

    Here she is today ;)

Still have a lot planned for her. FX Bumper, fogs, and front lip is def on my list along before I finally paint. Also want to upgrade the rest of the exhaust and paint my TOMS intake so it can be installed.

It's been a long way to get here and there still a long way to go. Thanks for all of the support and i look forward to sharing more with everyone.

You can't see the spokes in pictures, your car is already black so that's enough black, plus the chrome lip with black rims is what every honda civic has.

The second ones look the best on a black car IMO... I think it's really hard to put wheels on a black car.

I've had them forever & i doubt im gonna get rid of them anytime soon. But i due understand what you mean. I'm very aware of the "balance" of the car. The wheels are a bit more visible in person. they are spaced out and the brakes and light under the vehicle keep them from loosing them with the rest of the car. Though, they dont get enough attention AS I'D LIKE. plan is to use a set of spacers to bring them out a lil more. But after i finish body and suspension. I wanted to get them powder coated something a lil more special ;) thanks for the input.

I think the wheels are fine now, you really need to get the bumpers done and everything painted! Then you can fix stuff that ain't broke.
