    i've it a prob in my 4age 20v swap

    hi guys i just wanted to know what i cauld do to corect this error...i want to put a 4a-ge 20v silver top in my 95 corolla but i want to put 4 trumpets on my 4 troddle body's ( cancel the whole air box system and conecte direcly on to the troddly body's) but the silver top as a mass air sensor...

    if you can help me with this i would greatly aprecheat it thank you in advanse for any one with a litle info

    You can't. 4A-GE 20v Silvertops are AFM. You need to convert it to MAP just like to Blacktop to be able to put those trumpets.

    Are you talking about ITB? I think silvertop has it's own ITB system too, no?

    ok tanks DOT but how do i do that conversion ??? because i really want itb with 4 trumpets tanks

    do i simply change the ecu to a black top ecu ???? that means i need to get the MAF senser too right and then modify the wire harness ?? right can you pls walk me tru this thanks

    Put in a blacktop to use velocity stacks. The Silvertop is MAF-sensored, so you need to have that in place. The Blacktop has MAP sensors, so you can eliminate the intake pipe and use velocity stacks (i.e, trumpets). The only other way to do it would be to re-wire it for MAP sensor and put in a blacktop ECU.
