It's alive!!!

My MR2 has been somewhat dead lately -- bogged at WOT..iffy idle, etc.

So..plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter..that helped a little..still bogged at WOT, though. I replaced the fuel filter today, which was a PITA -- not the job itself as much as getting to it -- the battery bracket was in the way. After the filter, I replaced the coil...started it up, let it warm up..and took it for a ride.

Back when it was working, I was able to hit ~105mph and it ran out of steam. Since I live on a very straight and almost unpopulated road, I opened her up..hit 114 and had to slow down since the curve was coming up. Took a while to get there, but still..I'm so happy..

hmmm...NX kit + mr2 = nitrous mr2, why not, u got it layin around

lol that would be my reason for speeding up.

At 115mph? Meh..not I -- not on these tires and this alignment (or lack thereof)..


It died again, and I'm pissed. Won't start. Not a freakin' thing happens...the lights work..signals and hazards work..radio works..but not the damned starter.
