I see an OEM sunroof!!! woohoo! I loved mine :) The lip spoiler suits it very well.

    What are your plans?

Haha Yeah OeM sunroofs FTW. I want to supercharge it.. But Then I'd have to modify the hood to make it fit.
Also, I'll be doing a HID reflector retrofit. Other than that. Not much. I like the Stock and Subtle look.

Well you definitely have the clean stock look now. Wheels? Suspension? Window Tint? Window Visors? Black Lights?

Lol the only mods I have are Tein H springs with Tokico Blue struts. I'll be doing a mild tint job. But other than that. Nothing else. Unless somehow I get my hands on the TRD front and rear valences... but I'm not holding my breathe lol

I kinda like my "mini blades". I call them that because they look like little GSR wheels. I have looked for aftermarket wheels. But haven't found anything I liked.. I'm REALLY REALLY picky when it comes to modding my cars. It's not a money issue. Just picky.

I'm actually planning on modding the whole suspension setup. A lot of Ultra racing suspension bars.
    Added: Apr 29, 2012 6:11 AM
I'm picking up a spare hood and taking it to my body guy to see if he will be able to make somekind of clean "hump" effect to fit the supercharger in. Kinda like how the IS-F looks.

Nice car! I also have a sunroof in my black S. I also plan on fitting the TRD supercharger, have you test fitted one before?

Haven't test fitted one. Seen one on a 9th gen Rolla and saw how high it sat. So the hood needs to be raised above the intake manifold area. Either that or you can modify a Greddy supercharger made for a 2zz to work with a 1zz. But that's about 10000x's more work than dealing with a hood issue. Besides that. It's just a matter of a wiring job and you're done.

Yeah, My girl drives the car and she doesn't drive manual. If she did.. I would have dropped a 2zz in there a
long time ago. I have a spare sitting in my garage. lol

IMO, it is going to be a waste to put all those suspension parts if you are going to keep such small wheels, but hey that's fine with me :)

If you are going to do the hood, I'd do it with some kind of vent at the front of the bump... like you'll see on many cars (I'm thinking of the Celica).

Hey if you ever start getting ultra racing parts let me know what you get, i was planning on doing the same thing. I think you have to measure your current parts and order the universal parts from ultra right?

Nope. Paid $80 to get it sanded, primed and base coat clear coated by a professional shop. Looks like OE paint.

would making a wiring harness be easy for the 2ZZ or can the current harness be used?

Wiring harnesses are time consuming but I personally wouldn't call them "Hard". A 9th gen 1zz is a direct replacement if you transfer all your 8th gen sensors and accessories to it.
