    iPod/'04 Corolla Install

Hey. I need help. I'm trying to figure out how to connect an iPod to my "CD changer input" that is somewhere in the trunk.

    1. Where is this connection?
    2. Where can I find an adapter for the connection?

    Thanks

    Yup

-Yea. I've seen a few different adapters on the internet. Supposedly when you get a 6-disc CD changer through Toyota, they put it in the trunk, but the car is "pre-wired" for it. These adapters adapt the cd changer input to a jack to plug into an iPod.

    Sux 4 me

-Yea...unfortunately I figured that out 2day. I tore apart my trunk and searched for some form of an audio cable...no luck. It seems strange tome that Toyota would leave a pre-installed hook-up for the disc changer in the trunk just incase. According to the dealership it would be easy to self-install the changer and doing it would be very easy. I don't really want to pull out my HU for this...since I've never done it b4....but I guess it's the only way. Know where I could find DIY instructions on this?

I found a great alternative and it works super awesome! kinda pricey though but worth it if you have some extra few bucks. Just like the BMW. I hooked this up to my factory 6 CD changer and now I can use my ipod (5,000 songs) plus my 6 CD changer you can control it from your factory stereo too. It's sweet!! here is the link:
