Engine intake

    does it really matter what brand of intake you get? what if its a no name brand...will they all do the same thing and are you just paying for the injen name?

    i made mine outta 3" galvanized bath pipe and it increased low to mid range torque:) the only thing that really matters is good flow and filter.

    a lot of it has to do with the filter you buy and how restrictive it is. Some Auto Zone/Pep Boys filters might as well be an air box in themselves.

    k&n is simply the highest flowing filter , i have the new aem oiless , 3" w/ concave steel mesh top.
