Engine intake problem

    intake problem

    Hi everyone, thanks for your time
    I put in a AFE intake on my 2005 and there is a module that is connected to the airflow sensor by wires, this module started making a clicking sound Intermittenly (it get pretty load at times)
    Does anyone know what it could be? Thanks for your help.

    Could it be the EVAP VSV?? Those normally tick, but you just don't hear it since it's normally mounted on the airbox and it's insulated. When you remove it from the airbox to install an intake, then you hear the ticking noise a lot worse. This is a common issue on our cars if you have an intake installed.
