Engine Intake Idea

It works, but only if you take the left headlight out or drill a big hole in the left headlight.
If you gonna relocated the battery, just put it in your trunk.

Ok I been looking at my 04's engine bay, and got a strange idea, if I moved the bettery to where the stock air box is and then run an almost straight pipe with a big ass cone filter from the throtle body to the back of the left headlight I should be able to get some cool air from the headlight without the need and worry of cai, relocated battery should make for a heat shield of sort and I could additionally shield it by adding a shield around the filter.... what do you think? its mostly diy mod with minimal cash spent on a short ram intake, prolly off a civic cause it looks like the right lenght.

that i got expirience in doing, my 1995 had battery in the trunk... but here I'd like to keep the trunk clean, but moving the battery up seems like a good idea to me....
