Before installing new injectors, make sure you have your fuel management system correctly installed and that you have access to a wideband O2 sensor.

Follow my tips for removing the injectors from the fuel rail by using my Installing the Stafford Fuel Rail tips page.

I recommend splicing in your new harnesses (supplied with the Power Enterprise injectors) instead of cutting off your old harnesses and replacing them. This allows you to switch back to stock injectors in case something goes wrong.

Again, follow the Stafford fuel rail tips and replace the fuel rail.

Adjust your injector multiplier settings in your fuel management system to compensate for the new injectors. For the Greddy eManage, set your stock injectors to 260cc (for 00-02 Corollas) and then set your new injectors setting. In my case, I have 550cc. I believe 98-99 Corollas have 200cc injectors. You may need to set your stock injector settings to 240cc in eManage to get it to idle correctly with 550cc's.

Use your wideband O2 to fine tune your AFR. If you have difficulty and can't get things to work correct, don't panic. Just put your stock injectors back in and readjust your fuel management system back to stock settings. You can simply try again later since you have both the old and new harnesses in place.
