..and in my case, it was a few things, then a few more. :p

Had my muffler installed today (along with an o2 sensor) -- while it's up on the lift, we noticed that my right rear axle seal is leaking, one of my front shocks is leaking, and my steering rack seems to have a slight weeping leak as well. The surround that cradles the middle of my driveshaft (where it flexes) is also worn, so that may require another look / replacement in a few months as well.

Fortunately, nothing requires immediate attention..but it's still annoying. To top it off, the CEL came back on after a few miles - so either the replacement o2 sensor is bad, or something else went. :(

believe me i know the feeling. You spend so much money fixing the car up to make it nice then you have to triple it on the basic stuff. And it seems like things accelerate in wear on a hooked up car, even if its not driven like hell.

Heh, yeah..and mine's not even modded yet..just the muffler (stock one was coming apart at the seams - literally).

But heck...for 175k, it's doing alright. Sounds quite nice now..I'll have to get a sound clip up. :)
