i think i blew my amp. AHHHHHHHH

    holy crap.

ok first i decided to swap my deck w/ my gf's old one. from pioneer p6400 to p7300. i wanted hers cuz i wanted to be able to control the subs.

ok ok. i swapped it. and when i turned on my system. my subs were WAAAY too bassy so i decided to turn down the gain. so i turn off my car. and since my amp is mounted to the back of my seat i pull my seat down and turn down the gain. then i just put the seat back up.

so then about a few hours later i leave and my subs dont work. i start to freak out. so then when i get home i look at my amp and the lights aren't even on. WTF?!!?!?!? so i check my grounds, power everything. i checked the fuses they looked good.

what do u think i could've done? is it blown?? thanks

ur best bet is to test the sub in another car that has a system if it works cool, if not then its blown. As for the amp since it doesnt turn on u might have blown a capacitor in it
