I need to get some work done

Okay so I have to get some work done. I need to know why to splice, so that I can get the halos on my projectors wired up and also the turn signals on my m3-mirrors. I also want to know if it would look rice if i take off of the side moldings and spray with the high-temp paint i used for my brake calipers.

I also would like to know what is the max watt I can get for the H3 bulbs for my halo projectors.
