    i need more power

hey guys what else can i do to get more power without shelling out for FI? I drive a 98 corolla and already have the ELP CAI, catback, HGS, HVS. I am waiting for the header to be released so thats no problem. I was thinking of high compression pistons, but my friend had his integra ripped apart for the same thing and was charged 2000!!! The Wiseco 11:1 pistons i want are only 500 shipped to me. I don't wanna pay 2500 for 15-20 hp when i can put that same money into FI which i can't afford. Maybe i just cant afford anything. i'll just keep saving for my next car i guess.

Internal work is no joke, if you decide to get internals buy it and install it all at once or the price will be a lot more.

What is a HGS and a HVS? Sorry for asking but I'm kinda new to this stuff. And what kind of catback do you have?

Overbored throttle body, P&P intake manifold, P&P your intake/exhaust ports, Emanage. You can always go the nitrous route. Thats a lot cheaper than F/I.

i don't wanna go with the F/I route. HVS is hyper voltage system, HGS is hyper ground system. I will buy my pistons online so I need to find a place to install them for me. They better not charge 2000 like they did my friend.

All the higher comp and lower comp pistons still require a slight over bore. Id suggest go ahead with the bore kit and 11.0 (or 8.0) comp pistons. I bet you'll pay more than 2 grand, its a corolla.
