    I need help Quick...With INJEN INTAKE problems

    hey every one i got a 04 rolla type s i jsut put in a injen intake ...at first my check engine light turned on after a couple miles and lots of revs it turned on all of a sudden it turnes on and my car feels slower... dont really know the problem need help... oh and itws idleing at like 800-900rpm

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Prolly want to replace it with the factory air filter before you do further damage to your engine...

    did you reset your ecu? take off positive to battery, wait like 2 mins, put it back on

    lol, maybe your intake went loose and a rat got stuck into the suction

    Pull the ECU fuse for a few minutes to reset the ECU. Then, for the next 200-300 miles, drive very gently....the ECU can not learn the fuel trims if you're rednecking the car all the time. Also, might wanna remove your MAF sensor and clean it with electrical parts cleaner - sometimes oil from the filter gets on the sensor wires and messes with the sensor outputs. Your best bet, though is to put the stock intake back on.

    hmm never had that problem... did you let the car run for 15 mins before driving it?

    I had the same thing with my 03 i just took it back with the injen intake on and the dealer reset it for me no questions asked they said that was a perfectly fine alteration for warranty.Never came on again 95000 miles on it now.
