How to enable Fog Light in Corolla 03 CE?

does anyone know how to make the current flow to the fog light connector? i have measured with Voltmeter at the foglight connector (both left and right side), but there is no voltage. should i connect something first?

The wiring harnesses from the fog light connectors go to the engine bay junction box. If you look in there you'll probably find that the fog relay and fog fuse are missing. You also need to install a fog light switch to energize that relay. That's going to be a little tougher - you'll have to get in behind the instrument panel for that. One pin of the switch goes to pin 9 of connector IA5 (red wire with a yellow stripe) and the other goes to pin 4 of the DRL, or you can connect to ground if you aren't worried about accidentally leaving the fog lights on when the car is parked.

yeahh i noticed that the fuse is missing, but i don't know that the car doesn't have switch on it. i thougt it is combine with the head light switch.
okay, i know where the instrument panel is, but could you describe how to open the cover under the steering?

Just refer to the repair and wiring manuals. All the information is in those.

opps i mean the relay isn't there (not the fuse),
i ask the dealer about the relay and it costs $52 each, wtf
it is freakin expensive for a relay, is there any other place that sell this type of relay? it seems different from ordinary relay.

It's a proprietary Toyota relay, so you won't find one anywhere else. Functionally it's the same as any standard automotive relay - the only difference is the packaging and pins.
