I've been checking around at local Mineike's to see how much it would be to get my exhaust installed and I've been quoted anywhere from $70 to $150. This seems like BS to me, especially when everyone tells me it will take 30 mins. Wow. Last time I checked, my mom's Benz dealership didn't even charge $300/hr for labor.... When that one guy told me $150, I said I would pull the car around back and just left.

What kind of experiences did you guys have?

Well, my catback's all custom. From the piping to the muffler and the tips. Mine with labor cost me $295 and I had it done at a local shop. The owner's been doing mufflers for 40 years.

$220 for the muffler and custom piping from the cat back.... they also had to reposition the new cat and make new hangers for it as well....
