O2 sensor and MAF sensor has been changed... symptoms are cleared except one.

    mayor stuttering after 3,000rpm.

    and no it's not Lupus...
and it's not fuel pump either, even does it on no load on neutral

the tests come back as mass air flow sensor related, could be that they can't erase the code, but I got a new one for van.

Try to get the exact code it'll help narrow it down.
No it wasn't the parents, but you should check the neighbors swimming pool.

I know I don't have the codes to prove anything, but you guys are fired if you don't come up with a diagnostics...

no really the ecu won't let go safe mode, thing doesn't rev past 3000rpm, "mechanic" doesn't know what it is, since it's throwing the same code again and he said that the MAF was defective... which I replaced with a new one having the battery unplugged...

Get a biopsy of the wiring harness and run a full body CT. Pump him with penicillin, and i'm going to go steal some more codine from the pharmacy.

the wiring to the maf might be a little jacked up?

Well, its quite obvious that its not lupus.

can you check for a vacuum leak and run some TB cleaner through it? how does one check for a vacuum, seafoam?

    usually for vacuum, you either

go around the seams or seals and spray something that evaporates quickly, and is flamable, seafoam, brake cleaner, etc...

    or, the smoke test...
where with a smoke machine and sealing the intake tube with something you connect it thru the brake vacuum line and if you don't see smoke then there isn't none...

I'll take back your points mr Movie... thou art at negative 600... dismissed then
