    hit the curb, axle problem?

    hi, guys~

I was taking a turn too quick today (man...just what the hell was I thinking :( ) anyway, my rear wheel kinda "hit" the curb and I heard this big "boom" coming from the back. no real damage on the wheel, just some scratches along the outer rim and no weird noise when I get back on the road.

Qestion-->should I worried about the axle? will it be bend or whatsoever?

    thanks in advance!!

I dont think its a big deal dude, I've done it before and only a few scratches came out of it. Getting it checked out wouldnt hurt though.

yah man definitely get it checked out...i had a friend who only gave his rear rim a "slight bump" on his 94 accord and it turns out this rear...i dunno "arm looking thing" instead of being fairly straight, was a complete "U" shape! and it completely killed his ride , alignment...very nasty..get it checked

yup...finally got a chance to drive down to Toyota and do a quick check...they told me it's "safe" to drive....
hmm...assuming that nothing is bend or out of shape, I guess..
