    HID problems. help

    Ok I have a 99 with HID's. My RH light fails to light after like 4 mths of use. It did it once a few days ago, I turned it off then back on and it caught, it lit slowly to full but it did reach the full color. Today it took like 5 times, turning it off wait ten try it again, before it turned on. Is there an easy way to figure out what went bad? Also my other kit on the same side went bad is there anyway that the car is doing something to cause it to fail early? Any clues? Help!! Also what fuses am I supposed to replace, there are 4 labled headlights.

    if u have warranty just return it, i got life time warranty on my HID kit
