Nice! Those are the last gen MR2 wheels I take it? Always like them, a clean 5-spoke look. Nothing too crazy, just gets the job done. Any issues with one axle set being wider than the other - pulling , poor front rear balance, etc.?

Well the MR2 is staggered from factory and they wouldn't do that unless it absolutely beneficial. The larger wheels should be at the drive wheels.

    thanks

yep the only difference is that Toyota put 16's in the rear from 03 to 05, as far as i know my friends and my parents say the car drives pretty good, they say the only thing it has is the rear being taller than the front since the MR-2 has larger tires in the rear, the front is 185/55R15 and the rear 205/60 R15 but they say it handles extremely well. the suspension automatically adjust to ride height and level when the suspension get reprogrammed on the struts. I just bought them to prevent any futher damage to my (i paid too much ass 18's) so for 260 it was well worth it.

yeah but when i get home in december im going to put on 195/55 R15 on all four to make it even.

thanks, my friends corsica is all custom from the bumper to the E46 front headlights, to the 3.8 supercharged v6 off of a grand prix GTP the 06 hybrid there is my moms hybrid im trying to find ultralight good looking wheels that are 15s so that it does not affect the mileage or drivetrain, i just want to get rid of those goofy looking wheels it has. they are superlight at 7.5lbs per wheel but they are awful and fugly.

Well staggered means that you have 2 different sizes of wheel. In your case, the MR2 spyder came with 16 rear and 15 front unless its an earlier model. So you would need to find 2 different size tires.

the ones i have are from a 2001 MR-2 from 99 to 02 they used 15's from 03-05 they used 16's in the rear so yeah. and i know what staggerd is, i just don't want my car to look like a drag racer, im used to having it even.

Since they're all the same size you should be fine.

i don't know just yet some of my friends want me to paint them black, some bronze and some hyperblack.Right now im more intersted in trying to find the tires for all four since the current tires it had right now have about 30% tread left. One of my friends says its pretty hard to drive in the rain since the traction control keeps turning on and the car keeps wanting to slide so right now its no longer being driven in rain.

thanks if can find a good used set or buy some motegi traklites for a good price i just may sell them but i won't be for a long while.

i did a sketch and put it on the light and and cut around the shapes with an Xacto knife and then masked it off, did some light sanding, adhesion promoter and then semi gloss black spray paint. so i did them myself.
