help please.... having problems getting rotors off

    I was told that there is a hole in the front that has treads on it..if u stick a screw in there and keep turning it, it'll eventually push the rotor out. U can also use the rubber mallet to help loosen things up a bit.

    I was swapping mine so I was goin to town on that rotor.
    Word for the wise, Dont rush in replacing the mechanism that stops your car;)

    help please.... having problems getting rotors off

    I have a 98 corolla with 116k miles and the rotors are rusted on. Im trying to get the sob's off and I need to use my car for work tonight.... please help... how to I get these things off

    I take it you are changing the rotors,
    First use a rubber mallet if that doesnt work try a regular ballpeen;)
