I know EL Prototypes makes headers for the 03. You might want to search that company for a website.

Toyota 2003 Corolla come factory with a 4-1 header just that there not that great shitty welds and not tested for max air flow so there not just for racing actually a 4-2-1 is better any way to even exhaust pressure but when most people race they run open headers anyway.

i jus got dc's header its actually a 4-1 header i haven't installed it yet but its suppose to give gains throughout all ranges high mid and low, which from what i know there aren't any headers that do that. and plus its a high quality header the craftsmanship on it is actually better than the jp one from what i hear. check out 9 gen we had a gb on it i'm not sure if its still going on.

Hey guys check out 9th gen for all the info on the headers from DC. I have a 2003 corolla S and I was the test car for this header. To clear a couple things up....

It is a 4-1 header. The original design was for it to be a 4-2-1. However the head of R&D the time (Jehan) even said that the 4-2 part was sooo small it would really still be a 4-1. Anyways, the design came from the matrix dc header...basically they test fitted the matrix one on the corolla and it didn't fit right. So R&D went back into the design and redid the whole thing to create the beauty that is now the official 03-04 header.

As for CARB I never did hear the official word on that. Since it is pretty new I would say IF it's going to be CARB approved it would be pending.

As for the person who was excited to get the cat back from DC. There is not one...not even one in development. Unfortunately, there is a lack of communication between R&D and Marketing. There is no lower tie bar in the works either. I can say that they are currently using the TC design STB for our car. It's basically there just a couple small things and we should have that soon.

As for any other parts for the 03-04's..... I will definitely let you guys know if they start testing more stuff. If you want to see my dyno's from DC itself, check the 9th gen website and under general forums you'll see a dc header post. I would put the link but 9thgen is down at the moment.

you can also go to my cardomain.

www.cardomain.com/id/anthonyl go to page 3. That has the header stuff in it.
