    Has anybody tried this

Has anybody tried fitting the 1ZZ-FE Celica 01+ header onto the 03 Corolla 1ZZ-FE?

Now please before you start to tell me all your technical know how, I am a mechanic and I have a very firm grasp of all aspecs of the automotive field. Due to time this is alot easier to simply ask a question than going out running around getting the bolt patterns on exhaust side of the head on each car, measure the runners and the match the connection to the catalitic converter.

    Thanks in advance.

i'm pretty sure that the celica header will bolt on to the cylinder head but i'm not sure if it will bolt to the corolla's cat.

yeah i figured since it is the same engine it would bolt up no problem. i am just curious to know if anybody has actually done it.

it seems the EL Prototypes are going out of style, so i image availability is going to be hard to come by soon. also they dont respond to e-mails, so it makes me wonder about the company.

It has the same bolt pattern, but it won't work. It comes it several inches lower than the '03 and up.
