    Hey guys, does anyone know if the optitron guage cluster from the 2005 corolla can be put in a 03'? Has anyone asked or know how much it will cost to replace? thanks in advance.

    i"ve ask once (for the one from the S ) at my dealer, and it was around 300 (cdn) if i can remember right . so i guess the new one ( black face , with red and white number and lines ) gonna cost a bit to way more !
    it"s funny u"ve ask because i"ve found at my job today a cluster from the matrix , plus a white face cluster from a S . :p freebie
    i"ll try tomorow to plug the matrix"s one and see if it lighted up correctly and work right , i"m 100% sure it won"T fit :cry: but i"m sure they used the same connector type . i"ll give some feedback as soon as i can

    so is 300 cdn for the white face gauges, how much did they say for the installation?

    hum i don<t know, it"s a 5-10 min thing , i did it my self , and i"m no mecanic dude , it:S pretty straight foward

    i"m working in a scrap yard, hehe :lol:
    As for the odometer , the answer is no , i was at 50099 KM , and now i:m at 23710 KM
    i think this can be fix, but how much can it cost .

    That's why it shouldn't be done, your car is technically illegal to drive now since it's not the same milage. Sucks, huh?

    is this really true? cuz TRD sells a platinum faced guage cluster for the celica and it clears the miles off your odometer after install.

    hum yeah , and you shouldn"t be driving over the limit !( sarcasm ) ne-way my warranty is almost done . less than 9800 km ( 6125 miles ) . i"ll stick to my black one till then ! :wink:
