Grille question once again

hey guys i have a couple of questions for those who has an altis or similar grille for their 2003 corolla's:
1. where did you purchase the grille and for how much? ( link if possible )
2. did you get it painted? ( if so, was it done by a bodyshop or is it possible to paint the grille yourself with like spray paint or something )

i got mine on ebay and just left it black.

I got the Altis Grill from Intense Motorsports from the "Find Parts" link on the top right of this website. I think I paid $130.

I left mine black because it blends well with the superwhite color of my Corolla. If I were to paint it, I would put some primer on and get another spray paint-color of your choice and paint the outer grill before you put the mesh on.

wow $130. that's expensive

yeah, I should've spend more time researching for the right price instead of rushing the order. I wanted one so bad, because it does make the Corolla look totally different.

i payed 35 shipped for mine from e-bay... it was black and car is black.... hense why i chose a black car lol....

I bought mine on eBay, $40, I think it was. I left it black, as I have a blue/black motif.

I got mine on Ebay and I believe it was around $35 as well. I had mine painted by a body shop White to go with the color of the car but I left the mesh black. It looks pretty good I will try to post a pic.

Got mine off ebay paid $35 and just clear coat it.

bought mines off ebay, about $35. took it to a body shop to get painted; another $40-$50.

Go it off ebay and paid 25 bucks....painted it myself

Sounds like the place to go is definately eBay for this grill... good information... I know where to get mine from now!!!
