got an accident today. dont really feel like going through the details right now cuz im pretty depressed....a mercedez ML500 hit me while he was turning, didnt yield

was there a stop sign or a yield sign when the mercedez made a left?btw i think your car is totalled.i had the same damage to my car 4yrs ago and nevada law is "if your car is 456% damage its consider totalled"you may have to check your law in your state.

He was supposed to yield. It's definitely his fault since you have right of way on the main road. Stupid ignorant driver.

But hey, look at the bright side. If it's considered totalled, you get to get a new car. Do you have anything in mind?

yeah i seriously doubt you will get at a complete no-fault in that situation.

you're at fault for being in the center lane and he's at fault for failing to yield. hopefully the insurance tips the fault scale in your favor.

Even if you were in the turning lane, it's also partially the other driver's fault too. He should be watching to make sure the way is clear before proceeding.

that sucks kinda what happened to me but i was going much slower, and my hood just popped up and my radiator support got bent a little, should tip in your favor though...

my front lip is actually...not that much of a damage surprisingly. theres a crack somewhere in the middle though, if anyone really want it, i can get it fixed and sell it for a cheap price...just the front lip

as for the sideskirts and rear valences....i got like 3-4 ppl dibbing on them, so if i do decide to sell, look out on the forums.

besides that, i also have the rear spoiler (recently professionally painted), clear corner taillights, blackhousing headlights (brackets broken), LED bulbs for all around, Tein S-Tech Springs, my wheels and tires (will be hard to sell on this forum), thats about it that i can think of...
