Getting back on the road (Questions)

Yesterday my friend and I decided to start the resurrection of the Turbo 2001 Toyota Corolla sitting in my driveway :) As some of you already know from a long time ago I blew my engine when I went turbo due to an eManage wiring problem screwing up the firing timing on 3 of the 4 cylinders. I have fixed this problem with a new wiring harness my friend manufactured for me using technical diagrams from AllData to determine firing order and pin assignment specifically for my 2001 Toyota Corolla. The car now runs way better, idles smoother and when you give the gas wants to rev much nicer. However eManage is telling me that my Greddy Boost sensor and my Map sensor is stuck at 4-5v. So it thinks its getting massive boost when its actually under vaccum. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Could this be a software glitch with the eManage? I just wanted to see if the community had any advice. I've got the whole car still torn apart so I can check anything and make any necessary changes without a problem. I even built the harness in such a way that I can detach the emanage and apply a CAP to the plug that will return the car to factory ECU only mode. Once I get these little technical glitches figured out I'm going to upload a Map in to the eManage and start driving around at 8lb of boost again. Then in the following weeks I'm going to install the B&M oil cooler, Wideband O2 and Oil Pressure guages so that I can fine tune it a bit more. I can't wait to get it back on the road :) I also need to give it a good scrub down and clean the inside from head to toe since it smells like a squirrels nuts right now haha.
