Hey man first off nice car. And 2nd did you get that gauge pod off ebay. If so did you decide to paint it white? Hard to tell in the pics. Any specific paint you used. I have had mine for about 6 months and been to lazy to put it on but I want to match the interior grey color and its a different shade now and dont know what to use to get it perfect.

Have it paint matched with DuPont vinyl paint, it's what I did and it's a perfect match

Yea, its the one thats on ebay, we were actually bidding against each other for the one you have ha. How is yours? mines pretty bad. I used textured paint and crumpled up a plastic bag and pressed it on the wet paint to get the vinyl look. It is white, i painted them both white. Looked for a long time to match, and i could have had the paint mixed to match, but the pod is in such bad condition that i didnt want to waste the money to do it. i hope that autometer will come out with one sooner or later. But I'm happy with the pod either way, cause i wanted one.

It's supposed to be around 60psi when idling, so your gauge is not screwed up, it's just the way the 1ZZ is

I didn't get a chance to install mine when I was down at Rick's last week but I will have it installed when I go down again in 2 weeks or so.

In the process of installing the gauges right now. All that I need to do is mount the pod and mold it in, then I'm all done and will have Volts and Oil PSI
