Today I was driving home from work. When I notice the FUCKING POLICE was stopping cars checking for seatbelts. I always have one on. So I paid it no mind. When he looked at my car he told me to pull over. it was a sunny hot day, so I had ALL my windows rolled down. He told me roll up my windows half way. then he pulled out this small back thing stick it on my window and said your tint is 23% that is illegal. I told him I will take it off. He said to late and gave me a ticket for $ 180. that suck man I hate police

should have checked his windows and told him his stuff was illegal, jk. if you had all your windows down and he pulled you over for window tints, you can most likely get out of it. claim prejudice or racism or something. theres no way he knew that the windows were tinted that dark. just my 2 cents

wow... wat a rude cop, there's murderers and rapist out there, wat the hell are they doing wasting their time with people that like to mod their cars, it's the very lease of dangerous things out there!!

Rude cops??? lol nah never see them... try living in brunswick ohio.... i got pulled over for my driver side mirror missing even tho i filled out a police report earlier that day because someone bashed it off with a bat. the cop was like well you need to get that fixed... think he was just trying to keep himself from looking like a fool. lol

is your rear quarter window tinted too (the triangle). he might of knew because of that.

oh yea thats true, but still, i doubt he could directly see your corner window, you can most likely get out of this ticket, try it if u ahve time i guess. they might also just change it to a warning or lower the amount

Is there a law that says if a cop asks you to roll up your windows you have to do it? do they need propable cause or anything?

you always need probably cause. but they can also check with consent.
