    its at every wendys. the "at participating restaurants" is for the accepting credit cards part. not all of them have the ability to take them yet. so with that being said enjoy the free frostys at the closest wendys haha

    soo i get out of school early and i decided to stop by wendys.
    i wanted to bring these 2 girls some frosties. haha
    but anyway the manager was being an ass and wouldnt give me 3 frosties, 1 for myself and 2 for the girls. haha

    i ended up getting all three by going thru the drive through, and alternating visits. haha
    yep the girls were happy.
