    forged lug nuts

I'm thinking of getting a set of the extra long ones. I'm still deciding on a color but leaning towards red. I've got bronze wheels so I think these will look best. What are your opinions?

They come in packs of 20 with 4 of them being locks. I had the black shorties but then sold them to get the blue extended.. they're kinda hard to get tho because they're always out of stock and mackin takes forever to ship stuff from japan.

Introducing the latest in lug nut technology from Kics Project of Japan! Endorsed by Japanese race teams, these seven sided heptagonal lug nuts come in a complete set of 20 lugs along with a key. The unique feature of this patent pending lug nut is that each lug consist of 2 peices, where the top of the lugs spin freely from the tapered centering ring. This ensures a much tighter and precise hold than traditional lug nuts. It also minimizes the chances of scratching your wheels. Made of lightweight composite materials, these open ended lugs fit on both standard studs as well as extended studs. The entire set weighs just under 2 lbs! Highly recommended for both street and track enthusiasts.

The new NEO CHRONO version is created with a Cold-Forged SCM-435 material and features the following:

    - Attached rotating taper-seat made with A70705-T6 aluminum and ultra-hard alumite finish ensuring best contact
    - Super lightweight
    - External drive by popular 17mm hex for easy install
    - Full stud engagement and can accomodate extended studs
    - Reliable and stronger than aluminum racing lug nuts
    - Set includes 16 lug nuts and 4 locking lugs (to prevent theft)
    - Japan patented and USA patent pending

I've read that RAYS nuts are seven sided. Are they? I think these would look sexy in red.

yea there's a local guy around here with red rays lugs on a set of CE28 time attacks on a white WRX.. that thing is pure sex. The locks are 7 sided with a special notch, the others are normal 6 and the pack comes with 2 keys because you need a deep socket to take them off. Theres a guy selling them for 120 shipped on ebay now.. thats way less than what I paid.

The neochro are balla lugnuts. I only know one guy with them

I had mcgard spine drives before I sold them and brought my rays. I hate how they look, especially in photo shoots but they are way better for security.

    SR48 Chrome Titanium

I'm preordering these. It's manufactured by Wheel Mate of Japan under the name of Muteki. They aren't even out yet. They're due in the middle of September, this month. I'm getting the chrome titanium. Imagine the lug nuts below in the Kics Project R40 NEO Chrono lug nuts color(also a subdivision of Wheel Mate).

Yea I think Macin is the distributor for wheel mate.. have fun waiting. They take forever! I waited 2 months for lugnuts, 3 months for rims and a couple of weeks for ARC products. It's worth it tho.. btw I cant see the pics.
