i just installed them on another 03 Corolla 3 days ago

    she hasnt experienced any fogging.

if you want -- and if you are experiencing fogging, i would suggest getting clear silicon and putting 1 layer around the edges, and letting it sit dry for 24hours.

That would help you - if that doesn't help, than its probably one of your light plugs are loose and leaking air in.

ok just read one of the threads regarding these headlights...i was referring to that small hole for city lights...what can i do besides covering it w/ electric tape? or is that really an effective way to prevent water from drifting in that hole?

thanks for that thread Zero, but i'm not really interested on putting a light bulb, socket, harness or whatsoever...so i guess covering that hole w/ an electric tape is my best option?? any ideas??

FOR ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE THESE HEADLIGHTS INSTALLED...
what did u guys do w/ that hole?

seriously fogging isn't that bad...cuz it would go away...it happened like once to me ...i left the car outside on a rainday and both headlights fogged up...but after a day or so they were fine
